No goods shall be dispatched without payment and payment must be received at the time of placing an order.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or full refund, provided the request is made within 5 days of the original order being placed. In the event that you need to return an item please follow the steps below:
Before you return any item/s please contact us first to let us know why the item is to be returned. The item/s must be returned to us in a resalable condition before we can provide an exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us in their original undamaged packaging.
You must pay the price of courier for any item returned for an exchange or refund. It is advised that you use a traceable method of delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items getting lost in the post or courier system.
We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products until they are received by a member of staff at Charlotte Lucie. The item/s must be returned as soon as reasonably practicable and within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase.
Charlotte Lucie Dresses are made from a range of materials, please follow the recommended care instructions as provided with your purchase.
Please note that while we have made every effort to match the colour of the product on screen to its appearance in real life, variations in screens’ colour calibration may result in slight variations in colour from computer to computer.
Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of goods in transit must be made in writing within seven working days of delivery.
Charlotte Lucie will be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made and if required goods must be returned in original packaging for examination.
You are reminded that you are entitled to a full refund on cancellation even though the product may not be faulty in any way. You must inform us in writing (email or letter). A refund will be made as soon as possible after you cancel and in any case no later than 30 days.
In the case of a cancellation, you must cover the costs of the return postage/courier. Your cancellation rights end seven working days after the day on which the goods are delivered.

All deliveries outside Kuwait will be via courier to ensure delivery. Please discuss the courier method at time of sale.
Customs duties and taxes
You are responsible for the payment of any additional customs duties or taxes related to the shipping of your goods.
